Farfetch Ignores Return Request After Customer's Order Held at Customs

The products I ordered from Farfetch got held up in customs. UPS informed me that they initiated return correspondence but the company hasn't responded. How can I contact Farfetch? Has anyone with knowledge about this issue been able to successfully complete the return process?
