I hold a credit card with the National Bank of Canada ending in 9037. In mid‑February 2026, my card was charged multiple times by services listed as GeoZilla Family App, SOOUYA, and Famradar, without my informed consent for paid subscriptions. For GeoZilla Family App, my card was charged on 18 February 2026 for 4.20 CAD and 12.62 CAD, on 19 February 2026 for 70.11 CAD, and on 20 February 2026 for 0.10 CAD. For SOOUYA, there were charges on 18 February 2026 for 68.14 CAD and 0.11 CAD. For Famradar, there were charges on 18 February 2026 for 12.62 CAD and 1.75 CAD, and on 19 February 2026 for 70.11 CAD. These amounts appeared right after I started a free trial on 19 February, and I did not intend to continue any paid subscription or authorize these repeated debits. I contacted National Bank of Canada customer service about these transactions, but I was told to contact the sellers directly. There is, however, no effective way to reach these merchants, so I have not been able to resolve the issue with them. I am requesting a full refund of all the above‑mentioned charges in CAD to my credit card, and that any current or future payments to GeoZilla Family App, SOOUYA, and Famradar be permanently blocked. I also ask that the bank investigate these transactions, as I am not interested in these services and do not consent to any further debits from my card.
