Nebula App Hidden Subscription Complaint
I used the Nebula app on my iPhone. I only opened the app once to view a birth chart. I do not remember approving any subscription or recurring payment, and there is no visible subscription shown inside the app.
On January 2, 2026, at 10:55 PM, I noticed that $39 USD was charged to the bank card registered on my phone. When I reviewed my bank activity, I saw that smaller charges of around $1 had been attempted multiple times previously, and my bank had blocked them. Afterward, the total amount was charged to my account in a single transaction. Despite this, there is still no active subscription or purchase history visible in the Nebula app.
Since I did not clearly and knowingly start any subscription, there was no transparent notification, and my app history shows only a one-time use, I do not approve this charge. I request a full refund of the $39 USD that was deducted from my account and the immediate cancellation of any existing or hidden subscription or payment authorization within the app.
