Geofind Tried to Charge Me Without Using the App

On October 2, 2025, I used the Geofind app once on my iPhone through Google Play, and $1 was charged to my account for that use. However, at 3:02 a.m. on October 3, 2025, I received a notification from my bank that an $18 payment attempt had been made, even though I had not used the app again. I only used the app once and did not log back in afterward.

I tried canceling my subscription through Google Play, but I couldn’t resolve the issue. I also can’t find any phone number or contact information for the app’s customer service. At the moment, only the initial $1 has been withdrawn from my account, but I am concerned due to the attempted high-value charge.

I urgently request that my subscription be canceled and that no additional charges be applied to my account. I kindly ask that this matter be resolved quickly.
