Famradar Subscription Started Without Consent—Refund Needed

On 20 March, a charge of 39.99 USD was taken from my Mastercard for a Famradar service that I never requested or authorized. I had not installed or used Famradar before this transaction, so the payment appeared completely out of the blue. I tried to resolve this by seeking help about the unauthorized payment, but I was told that they could not help me, and I have also not been able to find any clear or accessible way to contact Famradar directly. This has left me both disappointed and concerned about the security of my card information. I request that Famradar immediately cancel any subscription or membership that may have been started in my name without my consent and issue a full refund of the 39.99 USD charged to my Mastercard. I also ask for clarification on how this transaction was initiated without my authorization, so that similar issues do not occur again.
