FamRadar Unauthorized Charge, and I Need A Refund
On March 8, I noticed a charge of $39.99 on my Frontwave Credit Union debit card ending in 9381 from a merchant listed as “FamRadar.” I did not knowingly sign up for any FamRadar service or subscription, nor do I recall ever using this service or agreeing to any trial or paid plan. This payment was taken without my consent or awareness, and I have been unable to find clear contact information or support for FamRadar in order to question or dispute this transaction directly. I request a full refund of the $39.99 that was charged without my authorization and the cancellation of any possible subscription or recurring payment that may have been created in my name, along with assurance that no further unauthorized charges will be made to my card.
