Famradar Recurring Payment Cancellation Problem

I am writing regarding a Famradar subscription that I do not wish to maintain, and for which 39.99 euros were charged from my account on 21 February. I do not clearly remember through which platform or store I activated the service, but I believe the account may be linked to the email address todirascustefa***@gmail.com. I did not intend to continue this subscription, and I was not clearly aware that this amount would be debited, so I kindly request the immediate cancellation of my Famradar subscription and, if possible, a full refund of the 39.99 euros charged. I ask you to check your systems based on the email address provided and the charge date, to identify the related account and process both the cancellation and the refund as soon as possible, informing me in writing of the outcome.

I have something else to add: in the Postepay application it says “date 21/02/2026 at 16:18 at FamRadar No. 615189.”

The correct name of the brand is Famradar, not Farm Radar. Sorry for the typing mistake.
