MyIQ Refund Complaint After Surprise Subscription Charge
I recently noticed that a payment of €29.99 was taken from my account on 11/01/2026 for a subscription to myiq.com. I do not wish to continue this subscription, and I want it cancelled. I had not previously tried to cancel the subscription or contacted your customer service before this payment was taken, because I only realised the charge when it appeared on my bank account today. I request that my subscription with myiq.com be cancelled immediately and that the €29.99 taken from my account on 11/01/2026 be fully refunded to me.
