MyIQ Charged €29.99 on Visa Card Without Authorization

On 26.12.2025, a charge of 29,99 EUR was taken from my Visa card issued by mBank in connection with access to the MyIq website. I did not give my consent to this payment, I was not informed about any fees, and I have no clear information about what kind of membership or subscription might have been started. The email address that could be associated with this transaction is: kopruc***@gmail.com. I request the cancellation of the 29,99 EUR charge and a full refund of this amount. In addition, if any subscription or membership has been activated without my knowledge and consent, I expect it to be immediately cancelled so that no further charges are taken. I also intend to submit a complaint regarding this transaction to my bank, mBank.
