FamRadar Unauthorized Charges

I am extremely dissatisfied with Famradar because I am being charged through my PayPal account even though I am not using the service and I cancelled the so‑called free trial in time. I started a free trial with Famradar on 8 February 2026 and on the same day they charged me $10, even though it was clearly presented as a free trial. This is misleading, and for that reason I immediately cancelled to avoid any paid subscription or further charges. Despite this, Famradar still attempted and in some cases successfully completed charges from my PayPal account. I was billed $39.99 on 10 February 2026 and again $39.99 and $10.99 on 10 March 2026. Two of these payments are marked as completed in PayPal, and two further attempts were only blocked because there was not enough money in my account. I have not used the service after cancelling the trial and I did not give any informed consent for a paid plan or ongoing subscription, so I consider these charges unauthorized and unacceptable. I also tried to find a way to contact Famradar support and resolve this directly but could not find any clear or accessible contact method, which makes the situation even more frustrating. I am using PayPal from the USA with the email address [email protected]. I firmly request that all completed unauthorized charges, specifically the $39.99 payment on 10 February 2026 and the $39.99 and $10.99 charges attempted on 10 March 2026, be fully and promptly refunded to my PayPal account, and that any Famradar subscription or recurring payment mandate linked to my PayPal be cancelled permanently so that no further charges are ever attempted again.

This is the original charge on the 8th then I cancelled it and another charge on the 10th.
