If you canceled FamRadar but still see charges and want to stop billing;
Check subscription status first;
• Open FamRadar → Account → Subscription
• Confirm:
– Status (Canceled / Active)
– Auto-renew setting
• Screenshot the page
Check where you subscribed;
• iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → FamRadar → Confirm “Canceled”
• Android: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → FamRadar → Confirm canceled
• Screenshot status
Check email (Inbox + Spam);
• Search for:
– “Cancellation confirmation”
– “Renewal notice”
• Save screenshots
Contact FamRadar Support;
• Explain you canceled but are still charged
• Provide:
– Account email
– Charge dates & amounts
– Screenshots (subscription + bank)
• Ask them to:
– Stop future billing
– Refund charges
– Confirm cancellation in writing
