Fampay Deducted My Payment but Order Was Never Placed

On 14 January 2026 at 07:32:22 PM IST, I made a merchant payment through Fampay to purchase a face wash from the online store Nariyal Cosmetics. The amount was deducted from my account, but the order was not placed, and I did not receive any confirmation from the website. Since that moment, the money has remained debited and has not been refunded to me, and I also did not receive the product I attempted to buy. I contacted both Fampay customer support and Nariyal Cosmetics via email and messages. Fampay support was not able to help me much, and Nariyal Cosmetics has not replied to my messages or emails at all. It has now been 8 days since the transaction, and I am still without both my money and my order. I request that the deducted amount be refunded to me immediately, along with additional compensation for the delay and inconvenience I have faced despite having paid in good faith and receiving neither the product nor my money back.
