FamPay Wrong UPI Transfer - Money Sent To Wrong Account

I am writing regarding a mistaken UPI transfer I made using Fampay on 19 January at around 8:10 PM. By error, I transferred ₹500 to a wrong UPI ID and the money went to another person instead of the intended recipient. After noticing the mistake, I contacted Fampay customer support and received a response, but the amount has still not been returned to me and the issue remains unresolved. I request that Fampay urgently reverse this wrong transaction or credit the ₹500 back to my account, or at least properly investigate the case and provide me with a clear and final update as soon as possible.
