Help Me To Recover My FamPay Account!
I am a FamPay user from Vadodara, Gujarat, and my FamPay user ID appears to have been paused without any clear reason. Today I noticed that I am no longer able to access my account properly. The app has loading and login issues, and because of this I cannot withdraw my money or even see my account balance. After noticing that my account was paused, I renewed my Aadhaar and PAN and completed my KYC again, but despite doing this I still cannot use my FamPay account normally. I have not received any clear information from FamPay about why my account has been paused or what I need to do to restore access. I request FamPay to urgently check my account, reactivate my user ID, and restore my access so that I can log in, view my balance, and withdraw my money without any further problems. I also ask for a clear explanation of why this pause happened so that similar issues do not occur again.
