My FamPay minor app-only wallet account was blocked about 5–6 months ago without any clear or valid reason, and it has still not been restored. I currently have a balance of approximately ₹83 in the wallet, and I also need to actively use my FamPay minor account, but I have been completely unable to access it due to this block.
FamPay informed me that my account was blocked because a ₹2 transaction was received from another person. I do not know the sender of this ₹2, and I did not misuse the wallet or do anything wrong. Blocking my entire account over such a small and unknown transaction, without providing any proper explanation, feels unfair and has caused me significant inconvenience.
I have contacted FamPay customer support multiple times regarding this issue, but I have not received any helpful response, and my account remains blocked. I am extremely disappointed that despite repeatedly raising this issue, no action has been taken and nothing has been resolved.
I am requesting that FamPay urgently review my account, unblock my FamPay minor wallet, and restore full access so that I can use the service again. I also want to be able to access and use the remaining ₹83 balance in my wallet and receive a clear explanation for why my account was blocked in the first place.
