FamPay Won't Help Recover My Mistaken UPI Payment
I made a UPI payment using the FamPay QR option today, and the money was mistakenly sent to the wrong person. An amount of ₹400 was debited from my account in this transaction, but the recipient was not the intended person. I tried to reach out to FamPay support regarding this incorrect transfer, but I have not received any response so far. This situation is causing me inconvenience, as the money has gone to someone I do not know and I am unable to get it back on my own. I request FamPay to urgently look into this wrong UPI transfer and refund the full amount of ₹400 to my account as soon as possible, or provide a clear resolution for recovering this money.
