FamPay UPI Wrong QR Payment

On 26 March, I accidentally sent ₹300 to a wrong account through FamPay using the FamPay UPI and a QR code payment. I only realized the mistake after confirming the payment, when I checked the transaction details and understood that the money had not gone to the intended person. I do not know the details of the wrong recipient, but the transaction is clearly visible in my FamPay history. I have not yet been able to resolve this through any support channel and I am concerned about losing this money due to a simple mistake while using the QR payment feature. I request that this wrong transfer be investigated based on my FamPay UPI and transaction records, and that the amount of ₹300 be reversed or recovered if possible. I would like to be informed about the steps and timeframe for resolving this situation, and about any additional information or documents you may need from my side.
