I Face Fampay UPI Payment Error And Want Money Reversed

I made a UPI payment through my Fampay wallet balance today at around 02:11, and due to entering one incorrect digit in the mobile number, the money was sent to the wrong recipient. An amount of ₹800 was debited from my Fampay wallet, and the transaction reference/ID is FMPIB5207261760.

I contacted customer support, but I have not received any clear response or assistance regarding this mistaken transfer. This situation is very concerning, as the payment was made in error and I need help recovering the funds.

I request that this transaction be urgently reviewed and that the ₹800 either be reversed or credited back to my Fampay wallet. If a direct reversal is not possible, I expect Fampay to take the necessary steps to contact the recipient and assist in recovering the money.

Please investigate this issue as soon as possible and provide me with a clear update on the actions taken and the final resolution.
