I Face Wrong UPI Transfer on FamPay and Request Refund Assistance

On April 13, 2026, I made a UPI transfer of ₹700 using FamPay and mistakenly sent the money by scanning the wrong QR code. As a result, the amount was debited from my account and credited to the wrong recipient.
I understand that this error occurred on my end; however, I am requesting assistance in resolving the situation. Since the transaction was completed unintentionally, I would appreciate any support that can help recover the funds.
I kindly request that FamPay assist me with reversing the transaction if technically possible, or help me get in contact with the recipient so that the ₹700 can be returned. I also ask to be informed of any steps I should follow to resolve this issue.
