FamPay UPI Transfer Stuck on Processing and My ₹427 Is Missing

I am writing regarding a failed UPI transfer through FamPay that is still showing as “processing payout” and has caused my money to get stuck. On 7 June 2026 at around 2:12 a.m., I made a UPI payment of ₹427 from my BHIM-linked bank account via FamPay UPI. The amount was debited from my account, but the recipient has not received the money, and the status has not been updated properly. When I try to access the support or options shown in the FamPay app regarding this transaction, the app starts to lag and I receive no response or clear information. Because of this, I have not been able to contact FamPay customer support properly or raise a proper ticket about the issue, and my ₹427 remains stuck. I request that FamPay urgently investigate this failed UPI transfer and process an immediate refund of ₹427 back to my bank account, and also ensure that such issues with support and lagging in the app are resolved so that users can reach customer service without difficulty.
