I used the Fampay UPI service on 02/05/2026 at around 12:06 a.m. to send ₹607 from my Fampay balance to a Bank of Baroda Google Pay account. The transaction showed as successful from my side and the amount of ₹607 was deducted from my Fampay account, but the recipient did not receive the money in their Bank of Baroda Google Pay account. Since there was no clear option in the app to raise a complaint, I have not been able to contact customer support about this issue. Right now my money is stuck and neither I nor the recipient has access to it. I request that Fampay urgently check this failed UPI transaction and process an immediate refund of the ₹607 back to my Fampay account or ensure the amount is correctly credited to the intended Bank of Baroda Google Pay account as soon as possible. I also request confirmation once this issue has been resolved.
