I am writing regarding a mistaken UPI transfer I made through FamPay using my wallet balance. On March 22, 2026, at around 8:20–8:30 AM, I accidentally sent ₹1,499 to the wrong recipient via UPI instead of the intended person.
The amount was debited from my FamPay wallet, and the payment was successfully completed to the unintended recipient. After realizing the mistake, I have not taken any other steps to recover the money and have not yet contacted FamPay support directly.
I kindly request that this UPI transaction be urgently reviewed and, if possible under your policies and banking regulations, reversed so that the ₹1,499 can be credited back to my FamPay wallet.
Recovering this amount is very important to me, and I would appreciate your support and guidance in this situation. If a direct reversal is not possible, I request your assistance in taking any available steps to help recover the funds or to facilitate communication with the recipient.
