I used FamPay UPI on 29 May at around 7:32 pm to make a payment of ₹4000, and the amount was deducted from my FamPay UPI balance, but the payment is still showing as pending and has not reached the receiver. This has caused me a lot of inconvenience because my money is stuck without any clear update. After noticing that the payment was pending, I contacted FamPay customer support. They told me to wait two days for the issue to be resolved, but even after those two days passed, nothing has changed and the ₹4000 is still not reflected back to me or confirmed to the receiver. I now request an immediate refund of the ₹4000 that was deducted for this failed UPI transaction, and I want this amount to be credited back without any further delay.
