FamPay UPI Transfer Completed but Recipient Didn't Receive Money

On 1 July at around 3:50 pm, I made a UPI transfer of ₹400 from my FamPay account to my sister’s Google Pay account using the FamPay app. In the FamPay app, the payment is shown as completed, but my sister has not received the amount in her Google Pay account. The transaction reference/UTR number displayed in my FamPay app is 654862319655. After noticing that the amount was debited from my FamPay account but not credited to my sister, I contacted FamPay customer support. However, I have not received any response or help regarding this issue so far, and the money is still missing. I request that FamPay urgently check this transaction and refund the ₹400 back to my account as soon as possible, or otherwise clearly resolve the issue and inform me in writing.
