I Want My Money!
I am writing to report an erroneous transaction from my FamPay account and to request your urgent assistance in recovering the amount. On 14 June 2026, I accidentally transferred ₹400 from my FamPay account to the UPI ID “playstore1.***@axis” instead of the intended recipient. The transaction was successfully completed under reference/transaction ID FMPIB5825955559, and I realised the mistake only after the payment had already been processed. Since this payment was made to the wrong UPI ID by mistake, I kindly request that this transaction be investigated and that the ₹400 be refunded back to my FamPay account. If a direct refund or reversal is not technically possible, I request that you provide appropriate assistance and guidance to help me recover the mistakenly transferred amount. I have already tried to contact FamPay customer support regarding this issue but so far I have not received any response or update. I would therefore also appreciate written confirmation and a clear update regarding the action taken on this erroneous transaction as soon as possible. I request that this matter be treated as urgent and look forward to your prompt support in resolving it.
