FamPay UPI Payment Successful but Game Balance Not Updated

I am writing to report an issue with a UPI transaction made through my FamPay account that is showing as successful, but the money has not been credited to the intended game account. On 20/06/2026 at around 6:37 pm, I made a UPI payment of ₹1500 from my FamPay account using the UPI ID im.201009802***@indus. The payment was made for BDG game top‑up to a person named Raju, as part of adding balance in the game. In the FamPay app, the transaction status is clearly shown as “Successful” and the amount has been debited from my FamPay balance. However, the amount has still not been credited in my BDG game account. Since the transaction, I have repeatedly contacted the BDG game side and requested them many times to check and credit my game balance, but the issue has not been resolved and my game account is still not showing the ₹1500. I have not yet been able to contact FamPay support directly about this problem. I kindly request FamPay to urgently check this UPI transaction, confirm where the ₹1500 has gone, and ensure that the amount is correctly credited to my BDG game account as intended. I especially request that this amount be credited to my BDG game account as soon as possible, preferably within the next 30 minutes, because the money has already been debited from my account and I am waiting to use it in the game. If for any reason this is not possible, I request your clear written response and guidance on how this issue will be resolved. I am sharing the UPI ID used so that you can trace the payment and help complete the transaction properly. I expect a prompt investigation and resolution, as this amount has already been debited from my FamPay account while I have received no benefit in my game account.
