Raja Game Took My Money but Didn’t Credit My Account
I deposited $1 into my Raja Game account (UID: 5190744) using a UPI QR code payment through the Fampay app. The amount was successfully debited from my Fampay account, and the payment showed as successful on Fampay’s side, but the balance was never credited to my Raja Game account. Even though the payment was completed in Fampay, when I returned to the Raja Game app, the deposit was not added to my game balance. As a result, I paid the money but cannot use it in the app. This payment of $1 was made from my Fampay UPI ID 94687792**@fam. I request that the full $1 be refunded to my Fampay account linked to this UPI ID as soon as possible.
I made a deposit on the Raja Game app by scanning the deposit QR code. The payment was made from my FamPay account, and the transaction was completed successfully from my side. However, when I returned to the Raja Game app after making the payment, the deposit amount was not credited, and my game balance is still showing zero. This was my first time making a deposit on the Raja Game app. I deposited $1, but the amount has neither been added to my game balance nor returned to my FamPay account. I request that the $1 either be credited to my Raja Game balance immediately or refunded back to my account as soon as possible.
