I am using a FamPay UPI account, and the mobile number linked to this account is no longer in my possession. Because of this, I am unable to log in or access my FamPay account. When I try to use the service, I am informed that I need to close my old account, but I cannot do this on my own because I no longer have access to the old mobile number.
I have been facing this login issue since last week while I have been in Punjab. There is still money remaining in my FamPay account linked to the old number, and I am very concerned because I cannot access or use those funds.
I urgently request that my old FamPay UPI account linked to my previous mobile number be closed and that I be assisted in safely recovering or transferring the remaining balance. If possible, I also request help with updating my account or creating a new account using my new Aadhaar-linked mobile number so that I can continue using FamPay services without interruption.
