I can’t login to FamApp after KYC — how can I fix the sign-in issue?

If you can’t log in to FamApp after completing KYC and are stuck with a sign-in issue;

• Make sure you’re entering the correct registered mobile number and waiting for the full OTP
• Check your SMS inbox and spam filters to ensure OTP messages aren’t blocked
• Restart the FamPay app and your phone, then try logging in again
• Update the FamPay app to the latest version from the app store
• Avoid repeated OTP or PIN attempts, as this can temporarily lock access
• Check your email/SMS for any message from FamPay about KYC verification status or additional steps
