FamPay Transfer Failed

I used the Fampay app to transfer ₹84 to Mayuresh S*** on 1 April at around 10:28 a.m. The amount was debited from my Fampay account and the app showed it as “Paid securely via Fampay,” but the recipient has not received the money. Since the money has been deducted from my account but the transfer is not reflecting on the receiver’s side, I request that this failed/held transaction be investigated urgently. I expect Fampay either to complete the transfer to the intended recipient or to immediately reverse the amount and credit ₹84 back to my Fampay account. I have not yet received any explanation or support regarding this issue and I want this to be resolved as soon as possible.
