FamPay Selfie Verification Failed: Stuck for 1 Year, No Retry Option

I have been unable to complete my selfie verification on FamPay for about one year. When I attempted the selfie verification, it was rejected and I received a message saying that my selfie verification had failed and that I could not proceed further. Since then, I have not been given any option in the app to try the selfie verification again. Because of this, I have been stuck for a year without being able to complete the verification process and properly use the services linked to it. I have not yet contacted customer support, but I am now raising this complaint because the situation has remained unresolved for a very long time. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and that I be allowed to retry the selfie verification so I can complete my account verification process and use FamPay without this restriction.
