FamPay Selfie Verification Problem
I have been facing a persistent issue with Fampay’s selfie verification since April. Whenever I try to complete the selfie verification, the app shows a message that all selfie verification attempts are exhausted and that I will be notified when I can retry, but I have not been able to proceed at all. I contacted Fampay support about this problem, but the response I received was generic and did not offer any real solution or fix, and the issue is still continuing. I request that my selfie verification attempts be reset immediately or that my KYC be completed manually, and that Fampay provide a clear and prompt resolution so I can start using the services without further delay.
