FamPay Blocked My Account After Failed KYC Verification

I am writing regarding an issue with my Fampay app account, which was blocked on 25/05/2026 after my KYC verification failed. Since that date, I have not been able to use my account. The KYC process shows as failed, and the app is not allowing me to complete or attempt a fresh KYC verification. I contacted Fampay customer support about this problem, but I did not receive any clear reply or solution from them, and my account remains blocked. There is currently no money stuck in the account, but I am unable to use the service at all. I request that my account be reviewed and that I be allowed to attempt a new KYC verification so that my account can be unblocked and I can use Fampay services again.
