FamPay KYC Upgrade Stuck After Aadhaar Verification Attempts Were Exhausted

I have been trying to complete my KYC upgrade on the FamPay app, but my Aadhaar verification attempts were exhausted around 4–5 months ago. Since then, I have been completely unable to proceed with the KYC process, as the app does not allow any further Aadhaar verification attempts. I contacted FamPay customer support about this issue, explained that my Aadhaar verification attempts were blocked, and requested help, but I have not received any response so far. Because of this, my KYC remains incomplete and I am unable to use the service as intended. I request that my Aadhaar verification attempts on the FamPay app be reset so that I can try again and successfully complete my KYC upgrade as soon as possible.
