I Can't Create a New FamPay Account!

I have been trying to create a new FamPay account for about one month, but I am unable to complete the verification process. During registration, the app shows a message that I have exhausted all verification attempts, even though I am simply trying to set up a new account. Because of this, I am stuck and cannot proceed any further. I am registering from Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, and so far I have not been able to open my account due to this repeated message. I have not yet contacted customer support directly, as I am hoping this complaint will be sufficient for the issue to be checked and resolved from your side. I kindly request that my verification attempts be reset and that I be allowed to complete my verification and open my new FamPay account without this error.
