FamPay Needs to Refund My Accidental ₹600 Payment

I am writing regarding an incorrect FamPay UPI transaction from my FamPay wallet balance on 29 June 2026 at around 02:59 PM. I accidentally paid ₹600 from my FamPay wallet through FamPay UPI to the UPI ID playstore1.**@axisbank. The payment went through, but I did not receive any redeem code or any refund after this transaction. I contacted FamPay support by email, and they replied that the payment was successful. However, I still did not receive what I paid for, and there is no redeem code or service provided in return for the ₹600 taken from my FamPay wallet. Since this was an accidental payment and I did not receive any benefit, I request a full refund of ₹600 back to my FamPay wallet. I am using FamPay from Sarupganj in Sirohi district, and I would like this issue to be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
