FamPay Wrong UPI Transfer - Refund Request To AxisBank ID

On 22 March 2026, I accidentally made a wrong UPI transfer of ₹30 from my FamPay wallet to the UPI ID playstore1.bd@axisbank. The money was debited from my FamPay wallet, but this transfer was made in error to the wrong recipient. I have not yet contacted FamPay customer support regarding this issue. I am requesting that FamPay review this incorrect UPI transfer and arrange a refund of the ₹30 back to my FamPay wallet, or otherwise reverse the transaction if possible, and inform me of the outcome.
