FamPay Payment Sent by Mistake – How to Reverse UPI Transaction

I am writing regarding an incorrect UPI transfer made from my FamPay wallet, and I request your urgent assistance in resolving this issue.

On March 25, 2026, I accidentally sent a UPI payment of ₹30 from my FamPay wallet to the UPI ID playstore1**@axisbank. The transfer was made by mistake to the wrong recipient. The transaction was completed, and the amount of ₹30 was debited from my FamPay wallet at approximately 12:55 PM.

My FamPay-registered mobile number is 93131162**, and I am using the service from Bardoli, Surat. I have not yet contacted FamPay customer support through any other channel regarding this issue.

I kindly request that this incorrect UPI transfer be reviewed and, if possible, reversed, with the ₹30 refunded back to my FamPay wallet. If reversal is not possible, I request any alternative solution that can help recover the amount.

I also request written confirmation regarding the outcome of this review and the actions taken. I look forward to your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.
