On May 25, 2026, I accidentally transferred ₹30 from my FamPay account to the UPI ID “playstore1.***@axis” instead of the intended recipient.
The transaction was successfully completed under reference/transaction ID FMPIB5607569066. However, this payment was sent by mistake to the wrong UPI ID, and I noticed the error only after the transaction had already been processed.
Because this was an accidental transfer, I request that the transaction be investigated and that the ₹30 be refunded back to my FamPay account. If a direct refund is not possible, I request appropriate assistance and guidance to help me recover the mistakenly transferred amount.
I would also appreciate written confirmation and an update regarding the action taken on this erroneous transaction as soon as possible.
