FamPay Deducted Money for a Wrong UPI Transaction to an Invalid Account

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a wrong UPI transaction made through the FamPay UPI service, where the payment went to an invalid account but the money was still deducted from my FamPay balance. This incident took place on 20 June, and since then the amount has not been reversed to my FamPay balance. After noticing that the payment went to an invalid account and that my FamPay balance was debited, I contacted FamPay customer support multiple times to get help and clarification. However, I have not received any proper response or resolution so far, which is very disappointing and worrying for me as the money is still stuck. I request FamPay to urgently investigate this wrong UPI payment and process a full refund of the deducted amount back to my FamPay balance as soon as possible. I also expect clear communication on the status of this complaint and the steps being taken to resolve it.
