Fampay UPI Payment Sent by Mistake – ₹1,612 Refund Requested

On April 5, I mistakenly made a UPI transfer of ₹1,612 through Fampay to the UPI ID bharatthak***@fam after entering the wrong amount.

I realized the mistake immediately after the transaction was completed. I contacted Fampay customer support to report the issue and request assistance, but the support I received was very poor and my problem remains unresolved.

Despite clearly explaining that this was an accidental payment and asking for help, no effective action has been taken so far.

I request that this mistaken UPI transaction of ₹1,612 be investigated and that the full amount be refunded or the transaction reversed as soon as possible.

I expect a clear response and a proper resolution to this issue without any further delay.
