I Face FamPay Wrong Transfer of $8 Sent to Unknown Person

On April 11, 2026, at around 2:10 p.m., I made a payment of ₹650 from my FamPay wallet to a UPI account. The transaction ID/reference for this payment is FMPIB5132278548. Unfortunately, I accidentally sent the money to the wrong person, whom I do not know.
As soon as I realized the mistake, I contacted FamPay customer support and explained that the transfer was made to an unknown recipient by error. However, I did not receive any helpful support or clear guidance on how my money could be recovered. I request that this transaction of ₹650 be urgently investigated and either reversed or refunded to my FamPay wallet. Alternatively, I ask that you help facilitate the return of the amount from the recipient, as I have no connection with them.
I expect FamPay to provide proper assistance in resolving this issue and to ensure that I do not lose my money due to this genuine mistake.
