FamPay Wrong QR Payment Sent To Wrong Person - Refund Request

On 13 March at around 9:37 PM, I accidentally made a wrong payment of ₹600 from my FamPay wallet by scanning an incorrect QR code. The amount went to the wrong receiver due to this mistake. After realising the error, I contacted the receiver, but I have not been able to get my money back. I would like FamPay to help me by tracing this transaction and arranging a refund of ₹600 back to my FamPay wallet, or by taking the necessary steps with the receiver so that the amount can be returned. I request that this issue be checked as soon as possible and that I be informed about what can be done to recover this money.
