₹1,000 Missing After FamPay Transfer to Bdg Win

On 05/12/2025, I made deposits via the FamPay app to add balance to my Bdg Win account. In total, 1,000 rupees were deducted from my FamPay account, but this amount has not been received or reflected in my Bdg Win account. Since the funds are missing and have not reached my Bdg Win balance, I kindly request that the total amount of 1,000 rupees be refunded to my FamPay account as soon as possible. I expect this issue to be investigated and resolved promptly so that I do not suffer any financial loss due to this failed deposit.
