I Paid Through Airwallex but Haven’t Received My Money Back After 3 Days
Hello, I’m writing to report an issue with Airwallex that has left me extremely frustrated. A payment was withdrawn from my account several days ago, but it still hasn’t been reflected anywhere. It’s now been three full days, and I have not received my funds back, nor have I been given any update on the situation.
I’ve tried contacting support multiple times but haven’t been able to reach anyone. There’s no clear guidance on whether the money is still in transit, stuck in processing, or completely lost. The lack of communication is unacceptable, especially when it concerns my hard-earned money. I need an urgent explanation and a full refund of the amount withdrawn from my account.
