Paysend Transfer Did Not Arrive and Money Was Not Refunded

On the 23rd of this month around 7:00 AM, I used Paysend to send money to my father’s bank card back home. However, even after five days, the money has still not arrived in his account, and it has also not been returned to my own card.
I check every single day, but there is no sign of the transfer or any refund. This situation is extremely stressful, as I urgently need access to this money. The purpose of using Paysend is to send funds quickly and securely, but this experience has been the complete opposite.
I need Paysend to immediately investigate this failed transfer and confirm whether the funds will be deposited into my father’s account or returned to me without further delay. Customers should not be left waiting for days without clear communication.
I demand a prompt resolution—either deliver the money to my father’s card or refund it back to me right away.
