New Falcon Dolphin 100 Motorcycle Had Cracks, But The Warranty Was Void

I bought a Falcon Dolphin 100 motorcycle from the Electro Point dealership in Sakarya. Following the purchase, I observed a 2-3 cm crack on the motor and realized that the motor's floor mat was not included. The company assured us that resolve these concerns within 15 days, yet three months have gone by with no advancement. The company failed to support its product. Moreover, I purchased the motorcycle brand new in November 2023, anticipating it to be a 2023 model; nevertheless, the registration showed it as a 2021 model. They failed to mention that it was an older version. I lodged a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board in Adapazarı and asked for a refund.
