Honda SH125i Broke Down on the Road Due to Keyless Start System Failure

The Honda SH125i motorcycle I purchased brand new on 17.12.2024 broke down on the road due to a keyless start system malfunction, even though it hasn’t been six months since I bought it. The ignition won’t turn on, and the engine shows no response. From my research online, I found that the same issue occurs frequently in PCX models as well. It is unacceptable for such a new and still under-warranty motorcycle to experience a failure like this, putting riding safety at risk. I expect a satisfactory explanation and solution from the dealership where I purchased it, Honda Ataberk Plaza, and from Honda Turkey. I am requesting a product replacement under my legal rights, as this qualifies as a defective product. If necessary, I will take the issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board. I trusted the Honda brand, and I expect this issue to be resolved promptly.
