I bought a motorcycle from Falcon, and it has been a thoroughly disappointing experience. Even though the motorcycle had just 490 km on it, it broke down on the road, leaving me in a tough spot. The towing cost me 1300₺, which only added to the hassle I was already experiencing. The engine and injection system require a full replacement, but the factory maintains that they cannot move forward without first receiving the defective parts. The customer service was lacking in professionalism and did not provide the assistance needed during the process. There was a significant lack of communication, and it seemed like they were not invested in addressing my problem. For a company offering high-priced products, the absence of adequate support and responsibility is simply not acceptable. I highly recommend that everyone reconsider buying from Falcon, as they evidently do not support their products.
