I regret buying this set. Fakir does not support their product. Does their brand philosophy involve deceiving customers? That is very disrespectful. The people who purchased this product are not lacking in technological skills, and they have experience using blenders. After using the product for 2-3 months, I noticed that the plastic part between the motor and the container had become worn out due to improper fitting. I sent it to the service center and they repaired it at no cost under the warranty. However, after a period of two months, the identical plastic component became worn out once more. I returned it to the service center, but Fakir General Management is now alleging that the issue was caused by my own actions. According to them, I used the product without properly fitting the container onto the motor. However, this is not possible as there is a safety lock in place. Are the products you're selling faulty? Does your brand have a philosophy of prioritizing quick profits over respecting customers? It is recommended that you review your quality and brand philosophy. Do not provide a warranty or guarantee that your products will function as intended. Customers are not fools!!
